Eagle Extras Spring Update
Only 2 more days to register for the Spring Session of Eagle Extras. The following classes have reached the minimum enrollment and will run as scheduled:

Let’s Get Saktive!
Fitness and Fun on the Run
Sharing our Talents
There are still spaces available in these classes so please register.
The following classes have not yet reached their minimum enrollment and need you to save them!
Mad Science Grades 2-5 needs 7 students (Mondays 3:15-4:15 pm)
Mad Science Grades k-1 needs 1 students (Tuesdays 3:15-4:15 pm)
Extra! Extra! Read All About It! needs 4 students (Tuesdays 3:15-4:15 pm)
Irving Girls Run (formerly known as Girls on the Run) needs 10 students (Tues and Thurs from 3-4 pm)
Acting is Child’s Play needs 4 students (Wednesdays from 2-3 pm)
Orff Ensemble needs 3 students (Thursdays from 3-4 pm)
Chess Scholars needs 3 students (Fridays from 3-4 pm)

EAGLE EXTRAS SPRING SESSION!!!!
Session 3 of Eagle Extras is here!. We have an exciting line up of classes including: Let’s Get Saktive, Paper Play, Girls Running Club and Fitness and Fun on the Run, plus much more. Registration begins next week and will run until March 22, 2013.  Classes begin April 4 and run through May 17, 2013.  Please email EagleExtras@irvingpto.com with any questions!

Due to the number of canceled classes and shifts in registration we will need a bit of time to send out the confirmation emails.  If you have a specific question please email the committee at EagleExtras@irvingpto.com.  Otherwise all confirmation emails will be sent the week of January 5. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please be advised that none of the payments have been cashed. If you have over paid or underpaid due to shifts in class registration we will be in contact with you to work out payments.  Please be patient with us as we review all payments.

If you are still interested in registering your children for a winter session class we do have some spaces available that we would love to fill.

The following classes are in jeopardy of cancellation:
Legacy Sports 2-5 needs 3 students
Extra Extra 3-5…… Needs 4 more students…. This class is now open to students who were previously registered in the Fall session.
The Edge Soccer 2-5  needs 1 student.  Help us save this class!!!!
Musical books K-1 needs 4 students
Ready to Orff? 2-5 needs 3 students.
The following classes are officially canceled and will not run.
Hip Hop for grades k-1 and grades 2-5
Thumb Tacks
Push Pins
Yoga
If your child is registered in one of the canceled classes and/or a class that is in jeopardy of being canceled and you would consider an alternate class, please email the Eagle Extras Committee at EagleExtras@irvingpto.com
Final confirmation emails will be sent once  all necessary class changes have been made.
If you have not already registered and are still interested in signing up your child(ren) for a class, we have extended registration through Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at the end of school.
