Irving Cookbook Sale – May 28, 29, and 30 only!!!

Student Council will be selling Irving Cookbooks to benefit the Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry (http://www.oprffoodpantry.org). Many families submitted a recipe to our cookbook and it looks amazing! You will find almost 100 recipes in 7 different categories. Don’t miss out!

They will be on sale on Wednesday, May 28th from 2:00-2:15 right outside of the main office. They will also be on sale during the lunch hour on Thursday and Friday, May 29th and 30th.

Did you know that the food pantry is able to buy food at a discounted rate? They can purchase an entire family’s allotment of food for $9.80. That amount of food would cost $97.21 in a grocery store!

Please help us to support this great cause and enjoy some new recipes as well!

Presentation from Common Core Elementary Math Night
Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the Common Core Elementary Math Night at Brooks Middle School yesterday. We hope the information you received about mathematics and strategies will aid your efforts to support your child’s learning at home.
