Please help Irving Elementary fight food insecurity in our community! Our school has been assigned to fill the fridges EVERY day from Sunday 1/16 to Saturday 1/22, so on days when school is not in session, please bring any items you can spare directly to the community fridges at Carnival Foods (824 S. Oak Park Ave) or in the Euclid Avenue United Methodist Church Parking Lot (405 S. Euclid). Due to the very cold weather, canned goods have been freezing and bursting, so the organizers are asking us to please only bring non-canned food items at this time.
