RIDERS TO THE SEA is a one-act tragedy, set in the remote Aran Islands off the Irish coast by playwright J.M. Synge. The plot is based on the hopeless struggle of a people against the impersonal but relentless cruelty of the sea.
THE REAL INSPECTOR HOUND is a short, one-act comedy by Tom Stoppard. In the style of a whodunit, the plot follows two theatre critics named Moon and Birdboot who are watching a ludicrous setup of a country house murder mystery.
