Calendar Available: Work In Progress

Our PTO Calendar Feed is now live on our irving.pto.com site: https://irvingpto.com/calendar/ (All dates are subject to change). 

We are only listing the PTO/School events and District days off, as district wide events can be found by on their calendar.

To add both to your own Google calendar:

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. On the left, next to “Other calendars,” click Add  Addand then From URL.
  3. Enter the calendar’s address in the field provided.
    1. For District: l6p4ev6f21dgmgvvatpf8i8d1dmmnqor@import.calendar.google.com
    2. For Irving PTO: irvingpto.com_k9vc13npflpdn60nb3ikdoebq4@group.calendar.google.com
  4. Click Add calendar. The calendar will appear on the left side under “Other calendars.”

Note: It might take up to 12 hours for changes to show in your Google Calendar.

 

 

 

Eagle Extras Registration

The true start of the school year? Why Eagle Extras registration of course! Class descriptions are coming this weekend, but here is an early look at what we are offering this year.

**PLEASE NOTE: We currently do not have a room in the school to use for the Little Bits Workshop class. We will provide updates on the website and Washington Irving School Parents Facebook Group as to whether this class will be offered.  

You will be able to find the online registration link and full course descriptions on the Irving PTO website: https://irvingpto.com/eagle-extras/.  The course descriptions will be up by Tuesday, September 3rd (if not before). If you are unable to use the online registration system, please let us know via email and we will make other arrangements.

Late registrations will not be accepted.  The parent volunteers need time to assemble class rosters for the on-site coordinators, teachers, instructors, and office staff.
