Parties for the Silent Auction

Are you ready to Party Irving?

New to the auction this year we are selling tickets to parties hosted by teachers and parents. Here is a sneak peak, as of 2/7/14, of some of the fun parties that Irving students can participate in! We anticipate having parent-hosted parties as well.

Tickets to these parties will be available when the online auction opens at 6pm on Tuesday February 18^th. The online auction closes at 9pm on Thursday February 20^th, and spots are first come / first served. The price listed below is a flat fee per ticket – no bidding on these items.

We hope you can join us for the February PTO meeting, which is this week on Thursday, February 6 at 6:30pm in the Library/Media Center on the second floor. As always, free child care is provided.

This sign up is for people who would like to volunteer to set up games, work at the game stations, or tear down the games in the gym at the end of the fun fair and to assist with food sales in the lunchroom.

New for the Auction this year! Host a Party!

Don’t know what to donate to the auction? How about a party? New this year—we will be selling tickets to parent- and teacher-hosted parties. You tell us When, Where, For what age, How many, and Your theme and we will sell the tickets. The tickets will be a set price, no bidding. Here are some ideas;

 Progressive dinner hosted by you and your neighbors

 Poker night with the ladies

 Creative Crafts for Kids

 Backyard Olympics
