Young Scientists Conference Returns

Call for Scientists

CAN YOU SPARE 180 MINUTES for the Young Scientist Conference? – The Young Scientists Conference (YSC) is returning to D97 on Saturday morning, March 19, 2016. The YSC provides students in grades K-8 the opportunity to interact with scientists in a workshop setting. D97 is looking for scientists in all fields to conduct two 90-minute sessions. Participants attend only one workshop. Workshops should be hands-on and interactive, allowing students a chance to conduct experiments, measure, create, dissect, touch, observe, etc. If you are even remotely interested, please send an email to Heather Guido at youngscientists@op97.org for more details.
