Since May of 2016, leaders of this group have had productive conversations with Mr. Hodge, Superintendent Kelley, the District 97 Board Facilities Advisory Committee and the Irving PTO.

All the links on this document seem to be echoing the same bits of information started by the Washington story that went viral a few years back. Is there any actual scientific information about the infill at Irving available? Replacing the infill seems likely to be a steep cost to base on anecdotal social media driven alarmism.
