2015 Can Do Community Challenge Winner Announcement

The  Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry announces that Irving Elementary School is the winner of the  2015 Can Do Community Challenge.

Irving topped the charts with a total of 11,207 points as a result of the specialty food (nutritious), general items  and monetary donations.   Irving’s  donations will help feed the 1,400 families who rely on the Food Pantry every month.

A special thanks to our Student Council staff sponsors, Sean Degman, Elena Kekatos, and Lori Pelling for organizing this school wide event.
