Don’t forget that the deadline to register for Eagle Extras classes is Friday, December 14, 2012.  Overall, registration for session 2 has been slower than usual. Please send feedback re: the session offerings to EagleExtras@irvingpto.com.  If you are interested in registering your child, please do so as soon as is possible as we don’t want to cancel the many exciting offerings we have available for the winter session.

The Eagle Extras Committee has been hard at work securing an awesome variety of classes for winter session. Classes will be available everyday for every age range (as long as minimum class requirements are met).  Winter Session registration begins this week and runs through December 14.  Please be aware that there are 2 registration forms this session to make it easier on the committee.  There is a registration form is for full payment and/or payment plan registration and a separate form for scholarship requests. Please be sure to complete the appropriate form.

Scholarship request forms will be located outside the main office, through the digital backpack and online at www.irvingpto.com. All Scholarship request need to be received no later than December 3, 2012.

We encourage you to register early to secure your child’s space!!!!

Please be aware that there are some recent policy changes re: Eagle Extras.  Policy changes re: scholarships were discussed at the PTO general meeting in October and approved at the PTO general meeting in November.  Details can be found in the policies posted on the Eagle Extras page of the PTO website (www.irvingpto.com).

The Bad News is that we will have to cancel one class this session: Dream Big Broadway Bound.  The good news is that Dream Big has agreed to merge all age ranges and conduct one class so all of the students who were interested in this class will still be able to experience it!

Due to the influx of registrations in the last week and especially today, the committee is slightly back logged in sending out confirmation emails. Please be patient. Throughout the next few days you will receive your confirmation letter and a letter with all the details you will need re: pick up, where the class will be held, etc.

While registration has officially ended, if you are still interested in registering your child, please contact the committee at EagleExtras@irvingpto.com to see if a space is still available.
