PTO Meeting Agenda for March

We hope you can join us for the March PTO meeting, which is this week on Thursday, March 1, in the Media Center/Library. As always, free childcare is provided.

This month the PTO meeting is immediately followed by an important presentation by the Schoolyard Project Team to the Park District Board at the Oak Park Conservatory, something the PTO encourages people to attend. The PTO meeting will start and end promptly in order to accommodate those who wish to attend both meetings.

    1. Update on Session 3
    2. Vote on purchase of yoga mats for Eagle Extras, general PE activities and Indoor Recess

    1. Fun Fair & Silent Auction
    2. Tasty Dog Challenge set for 3/21/12. Organizer needed.
    3. Taste of Irving to move from May 11 to May 18.

Everyone is encouraged to attend the Schoolyard Project presentation to the Park District at the Oak Park Conservatory for their Board meeting starting at 7:30pm, immediately following this meeting.
