Learn about literacy, the multicultural parade, America To Me documentary and other community building events promoting diversity and inclusion at Irving. There are many ways to get involved. Help develop the culture of your child’s school! We want you to be represented.

Our Mission: To engage the Irving Community in creating a school culture that is welcoming for all families resulting in academic and social success for every child regardless of identity, race, gender, income, religion, ability, sexuality, nationality and their intersections.

Please note this meeting was accidentally scheduled for Wed. Sept. 19th and has been rescheduled to Wednesday, Sept. 26th.

The SMOOTHIE BIKE is coming to Irving on Monday, Sept. 10th at 3:30 pm. This event, hosted by Garden Club, is bursting with flavor! Taste a smoothie blended by kid power. Free and open to all. Just show up!

Then it’s all about apples on Friday, Sept 14th immediately after school (until about 4:00). We will be planting apple trees and tasting apples! Come one, come all!

Library Update for PTO 9418

Join the Irving PTO, SEOPCO and the PDOP for a Back to School Movie Night in Barrie Park. Pizza and Drinks will be sold by the Irving School 5th Grade class to raise money for their Outdoor Education Trip this Fall starting at 5:30 pm. Music will be provided by Irving’s Own DJ Frankie D. The movie will begin at Dusk.
