Reserve your table today ($30 per table or $20 for students and parents who are members of the Irving community). The 5th grade will be sponsoring a Frosty Fun Friday Fundraising Event with a Dance Party on Friday, December 5, 2014 from 6-8pm in the gym.
Pizza, pop, snacks and fun for all. Stay tuned for information about re: tickets and other details.
Prizes are as follows:
– Students that raised $30 or more will receive a School Spirit Store gift certificate. Teachers will hand these out over the next few weeks.
– The top 5 pledging students in the school received a free lunch gift certificate….
– The top pledging student in each classroom will get to be the PE teacher for one class. Mr. Hancock will tell each class who that is in PE.
– The classroom that raised the most money was Ms Kekatos’ class and they received a Recess Pack with super fun stuff and the awesome new trophy!
The PTO sends a huge THANK YOU to all students and teachers for helping raise so much money for our school while having fun and being healthy!
Come help out with the Irving Garden this Friday, Nov. 7th and/or Saturday, Nov. 8th!
Even though it’s fall, there is still plenty to do. Join us on Friday at 3PM to plant garlic and harvest herbs and on Saturday at 9:30 to plant radishes and continue harvesting herbs. Meet up at the Garden, located at the south end of the building and bring a trowel if you have one! Ideal activity for kids and parents.
