The OPPL Book Bike

IT’S COMING TO IRVING!bookbike
Visit the Book Bike on the blacktop after school on April 26 at 2:00 pm.

You can check out books and other resources right from the playground after school!  Return them to any Oak Park Public Library branch when you are done.  Need a public library card?  Visit the bike!  Don’t have your card with you? No problem…they can look it up!  Click here for the flyer.

Noche de Pelicula: Zootopia from 3 – 5 pm

¡Noche de película! Movie night! Immerse in the Spanish world as we watch Zootopia en Español. Students will be challenged to name as many animals in Spanish as possible and describe them while completing activities. Snacks will be provided.

Popcorn and a Movie: Finding Dory from 2 – 4 in the Library!

Watch Finding Dory in the Library. We will also have a yummy popcorn snack.

Be Like Mr. Sak Night from 5 – 7 pm
Watch WWE, play dodgeball in the gym, eat Salerno’s pizza, drink Mountain Dew and eat Gobstoppers!!

Afterschool Snack and Games with the Reading Team from 2 – 3:15!

We’ll walk to Pete’s for a hot dog and/or milkshake. After Pete’s, we’ll end at the Irving playground with games.

Movie and Pizza with Ms. Williams from 3 – 5 pm
Enjoy a kid friendly movie in Ms. Williams’ room. She will provide pizza and dessert. Students must provide their own beverage (no soda)!
