Irving Book Fair April 25–29–Volunteers needed!
It’s Book Fair time again! We’ve got a ton of teachers and students, so we need lots of help. We need help setting up the fair, helping with classroom visits, working during sales hours, and tearing down the fair.
Volunteer spots for 5th graders after school are listed under “Student Helper(s).” Please put your student’s name in the note.
Your kids are welcome to come along. We are also looking for volunteers to supervise our kids on the playground for about 45 minutes after dismissal while things are hectic in the auditorium.
If you can’t do any of those things, but would like to help by making decorations or making teacher treats for their book fair preview, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
