Columbus Day Activity from OPEF

Oak Park Education Foundation offers BASE Camp Arboretum Adventures, a new one-day camp, which is coming up on Monday, October 12 (no school for Columbus Day). Registration deadline is October 6Transform a Monday off from school into a nature and science adventure at the Morton Arboretum, a 1,700-acre living museum. Open to all kids from any school (K-5). $100 per camper for 8 am to 3 pm; +$25 for Extended Camp 3-6 pm. Drop-off, pick-up and Extended Camp at Brooks Middle School, and the kids take a bus to the Arboretum. Find more information at opef.org/basecamp.  

Parent Tech Night at the Oak Park Library!

Parent Tech Night at the Oak Park Public Library will be Monday, September 21 from 6:00-8:00pm
This is a GREAT opportunity for you to learn about all of the things the Oak Park Public Library has to offer.  We will also highlight the many ways the schools and the public library partner together.  I, along with all of the d97 librarians, will be there!  Hope you can make it!
